This website is featured lowest unique bid auction site along with Express and Zero Auction.

 

Lowest Unique Bid auction: The website will be a typical a unique auction website where the Lowest unique bidder wins the auction.

 

Express Auction: All Items are listed with single starting price. The actual price is hidden until you pay a xxx Credit. With each Credit payment, the price decreases, so the actual price is always less than the starting price - often considerably! So after each payment user can buy right away if he like the current price of Item.

 

Zero Auction: All Items are Listed with single starting price. The actual price is hidden until you pay a  xxx Credit. With each Credit payment, the price decreases, so the actual price is always less than the start price - often considerably!. When the item  price reaches $0.00, you have become the final buyer of the auction!

 

 

• Users go to the site and browse items by categories and sub categories.
• Members register to take part in the auction.
• There will be featured auction on home page for each type Unique bid auction, Express Auction and Zero Auction which is selected by admin.
• Members Bids by clicking bid now button. Member can offer a single price or place multiple offering prices to an item in Unique bid auction. Meanwhile Member can see current price of Express auction by paying define amount and if they like the price they can buy the product right away. Similarly in case of zero auction Member can place bid and see the current price of zero auction if the current price reach zero while looking price of zero auction that corresponding Member becomes the winner of the Item.
• Members can not bid below minimum bid amount for Lowest unique bid and minimum bid amount for lowest unique bid.
• Time remaining, total numbers of bids available, total numbers of bids per user, the bidding fee, image, auction status and description are shown for each product to bid.
• In bidding, the winner is the one who place the lowest bid for Lowest unique bid  
• There is “My Opened Auctions” area, where users will see details of ongoing auctions if no bids were submitted yet on an open auction.
• There is “My Closed Auctions” area, where users will see the auctions submitted by themselves, and that were closed.
• There is “My Winning Auctions” area, where users will see the winning auction.
• In blind bid bidders aren’t able to see each others bids therefore they are in a “blind” auction, in battle bid bidders are able to see each others bids therefore they are in a “battle” auction .
• Member pays by paypal or any payment gateway.
• Member can update their account, change username and password, change email address.
• Users can subscribe newsletter.

 

Administration section

 

1. Members Management

• Member can be added.
• Member delete feature that allows you to fully delete a member and all their information from the system.
• Member suspend feature that allows you to suspend a member
• Edit member info like address, balance, and more.
• Member Balance report can be downloaded.
• Users are differentiated into verified users, unverified users, suspended users, all users and Joined today users.
• Search member by ID, name or email.
• Winner log Report with Auction name, Winning bid, date are shown and can be Downloaded
• Member Credit report with Registration date and Credit is shown and can be downloaded
• Can view bidding and purchasing history.
• View Members Orders will show the list of the orders which have been made by the members. It will also show the detail of each order.

 

2. Categories Management·      

 

• Categories and subcategories can be added by Category/ subcategories Name, Category/ subcategories Status, and Order
• Category delete feature allows you to fully delete a member and all their information from the system.
• Edit Category information like Category Name, Category Status, and Order.
• Admin can add, update and delete product detail under this section. Admin can upload pictures; add the product detail from the html editor.

 

3.  Auction Management

• New auction can be added
• Auctions are divided into lowest unique bid blind, Zero Auction, Express Auction in admin.
• Can view list of auctions.
• Select the auction category for selecting the category and sub category
• All auctions can be edited, deleted and cloned.
• Auction can be searched by auction name and auction id.
• Bid fee and status for each item is allocated while adding an item in auction.

 

4. Site Settings Management

• From this section, admin set the different configuration for the site.
• Add, update and delete of the blacklisted credit card to be used in the website.
• Payment setting, this will allow to adjust the parameter for various payment settings and enable and disable payment modules.
• Commissions Settings: This allows the percentage of commission to be given to the website by the seller after selling the product.

 

5. Mail settings Management

• Email template modification capabilities allow you to control the contents of each email that goes out from the system.  
• This area will be used simply to view feedback and suggestions from users (This area will need a WYSIWYG editor that supports HTML for responding).

6. Content Management

• From this section admin edit the content of the different sections of the site like FAQ, Help, About Us, Contact US, Feedback, Terms and Conditions, Site map, Privacy Policies, How it works etc.
• A WYSIWYG editor will be provided to edit the detail of the content.

7. Reports Management

• Daily Bids:  The details of the bids placed in the daily basis. Admin can choose the range of days to view the bids in those days.

8. Countries and states Management

• Admin can Add, Edit and Delete countries and states from here.

9. Newsletter Management

• Active Members who have requested for newsletter can be seen.
• Admin selects the newsletter and send to members
• Admin can Add, Edit and Delete newsletters

10. IP Management

• Ban/un-ban users by email and IP address
• This section will show the details of the time and date and IP of the admin user who logged in to the admin section of the website.

11. Transaction Management

• Admin can view the transactions Paypal, Direct Deposit, Cheque Deposit,  etc.
